Commercial Build-Outs in Raleigh

Shops, salons, offices and restaurants — built out, refreshed and ready to open — in Raleigh and all around it.

"Remodelación de casas y negocios" — houses and businesses — has been the company's own description from day one, and the businesses half is real work you can see: barbershop build-outs with hexagon LED ceilings, storefronts stripped and rebuilt, offices reshaped around how a team actually works. A commercial space is a machine for earning; the build-out is what turns the lease into that machine.

What's included

Commercial work runs on a different clock than residential: every week the space is not open is a week of rent with no register. That is why the schedule gets built backwards from your opening date, why the trades are one crew instead of a parade, and why the punch list is walked before the furniture arrives, not after the customers do. Walls, ceilings, floors, lighting, paint, the storefront face — one scope, one schedule, one number to call.

How we work

Walk the space

The empty lease, your layout, and the opening date on the table.

Scope

Written scope and schedule built backwards from opening day.

Build

Demo to finishes, one crew, landlord requirements respected.

Open

Punch list walked before your furniture arrives. Then you open.

Commercial Build-Outs by city

The Triangle is not one market — a 1940s brick ranch inside the Raleigh beltline, a Cary HOA home and a Durham mill house are three different jobs.

Common questions

My landlord has rules about what I can change. Do you work with that?
All the time — leased space always comes with conditions. Bring the lease requirements to the first walkthrough and the scope gets written around them, so nothing gets built twice.
Can you work nights or weekends so I do not close?
For refreshes of an operating business, that is often the right plan — the work happens when the customers are not there. Say so at the estimate and the schedule is built that way.
How fast can a build-out be done?
It depends on scope, and honesty beats speed promises. What we commit to is a written schedule aimed at your opening date and told-to-your-face updates if anything moves it.
