These terms cover remodeling work by AZ Construction & Remodeling. They are written to be read.
An estimate is based on what can be seen at the walkthrough. Buildings hide things — framing that moved, wiring done three owners ago, water damage behind a finished wall. When demolition reveals something that changes the work, we stop, show you, and price the change before continuing. The number never grows in the dark.
You get the schedule in writing with the scope. Material lead times and weather on exterior work can move a date, and when one moves you hear it from us with the new date — not silence. We would rather tell you an honest Tuesday than a hopeful Friday.
Remodeling is dusty work in a space you are living or working in. Floors get covered, dust gets contained, tools get picked up at the end of every day, and debris leaves with us. The final walkthrough happens with you before the job is called done.
Payment terms are agreed before work starts and written into the scope, tied to project milestones. Changes mid-project are priced and agreed before that work continues.
We may photograph finished work for this website. Photos show the work — never your address, never anything that identifies you. Tell us if you would rather we did not; that is always fine.
