Photos usually say more than a description, and they are often enough for a first honest conversation about what the project involves.
Your city, what the space is — house, rental or business — and photos if you have them. If there is a date driving the project, say so up front: a tenant moving in, a shop opening, a listing going live. Deadlines shape the plan, so they belong in the first call.
Estimates are free, and the number goes on paper after we walk the space — scope, materials, schedule. If the job changes once a wall is open, you hear it with photos and a price, before the work continues.
