Flooring & Tile in Raleigh, NC

LVP, hardwood, laminate and tile — floors, showers and backsplashes laid straight — Raleigh, Wake County.

Ninety-year-old Raleigh houses have ninety-year-old floors — sloped, springy in places, framing that has done its settling. New flooring over that without leveling is how you get the click and the bounce that announce a rushed job. The prep is the Raleigh half of the trade; the laying is the same everywhere. In rentals and flips, carpet-to-LVP with clean transitions is the bread-and-butter turnover.

Settled beltline floors get leveled before anything pretty goes down — that is the half of the job you never see.

Questions about flooring & tile in Raleigh

My old house's floors slope. Can you still do LVP?
Usually yes, after leveling — LVP tolerates less slope than people think, so the compound and subfloor work come first. We measure it at the estimate and price the prep openly.
Can you retile just the shower without redoing the whole bathroom?
Yes — the shower comes out to the studs, gets real waterproofing and new tile, and the rest of the bathroom stays. It is the most common bath job we do.
